Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to hold your own account. Authorized parents and guardians may create and manage linked Buddy accounts and are responsible for that activity. Provide accurate information and do not bypass age restrictions. Birth dates cannot be changed once set, including by support. An accepted guardian link grants access supported by the relevant account features; the visibility notice appears only with a qualifying link. Protect your password and recovery answers. Email verification and email-change confirmation may be required. Recovery and sign-in are subject to safety limits.

Members can search by first and last name, username, exact user/account ID or a full email address. Email is a private lookup key, never displayed to other members, including accepted buds. Strangers see only first name, username and the current profile photo. Fuller profile access follows existing accepted-bud, shared-pod, shared-chat and family rules; shared life records have separate permissions. Optional Meet new buds suggestions exclude minors and can be turned off; direct people search remains available. Do not harass, impersonate, threaten, doxx, exploit children, share unlawful sexual content, spam or disclose personal information without permission. Use reporting and blocking tools for concerns. Declined requests cannot be renewed, and new bud requests are limited to five per rolling 24 hours. Do not scrape profiles, enumerate emails or evade search or AI limits. We may restrict or suspend abusive accounts.

IntelliBUDS supports organization, quick capture, planning, readings and requested in-app actions. AI output can be wrong; requested actions may change records, so review results and correct mistakes. These features are not medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. Relevant inputs and app information are processed by AI providers for the feature you request or enable. Do not submit secrets or unauthorized sensitive information. Usage limits, plan allowances and availability apply. Children’s horoscope messages are generic positive content, not personalized AI.

Medication tracking, adherence logs, refill reminders, check-ins, assessments, and wellbeing resources are organizational aids only and do not replace professional care. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.

Bills, income, paydays, shared bills, IOUs, subscriptions, savings and forecasts are organizational information, not financial, tax or legal advice. ProcrastiBUDS is not a bank. Stripe processes subscription payments and any supported optional card or financial-connection services. Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Optional services may require identity checks, eligibility, separate consent, provider terms or fees. An app feature is not a promise of card availability, free cards, bank access or deposit insurance.

Available plans, trials, prices, billing periods and AI allowances are shown in your account and at checkout. Trials expire on the date shown in the app. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled through the available billing controls; access continues for the paid period unless the purchase terms say otherwise. Refunds follow applicable law and the terms shown at purchase. Stripe provides payment processing. Core organization features remain available when AI is unavailable or limited.

You control available reminder settings and enabled devices. Morning briefings combine scheduled items; message notifications may show previews on a lock screen. Some daily-rhythm reminders may bypass quiet hours as indicated in Settings. Delivery depends on your device, browser, permissions and service availability, and is not guaranteed. Never rely on the app as emergency monitoring or the only reminder for essential medication or payments.

Multiplayer games, quizzes, assessments, Cosmic Compass readings are for entertainment only. Do not treat results as factual claims about any person.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

The Company’s original software, branding and mascot artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. The IntelliBUDS mascots reflect the app’s best-friend origin story; illustrations do not imply endorsement by unrelated people or organizations. You retain rights to uploaded content and permit us to store, process and display it as needed for features and sharing you use. Upload only content you own or are allowed to use. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Settings provides email-change, export and deletion controls. Authorized administrators may inspect account information, keep private support notes, change emails or delete accounts for support and safety; sensitive administrative actions are audited. This is separate from member profile visibility. Legal, payment and safety records may need to be retained as described in the Privacy Policy, including a private administrator-only archive snapshot saved before any account deletion so legal requirements and lawful requests can still be answered. Our support response promise is two business days. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Contact legal@procrastibuds.com for legal or privacy concerns. Temporary helper access: you can create a helper login (a 10-character username and 8-digit password) for 6, 12 or 24 hours so someone you choose can view and change your account. Helpers cannot see your messages, sign-in and security settings, billing, linked bank or card details, or delete your account. Access ends automatically, cannot be extended, and you can end it early in Settings. You are responsible for who you share a helper login with.
