Members retain rights to their own uploaded content; third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

ProcrastiBUDS is the Company’s brand name. This notice does not assert a verified trademark registration. Unauthorized use of the name, mascots or logo may violate applicable law; third-party marks do not imply endorsement.

IntelliBUDS AI — our in-app assistant powering briefings, planning, recaps, quick capture, Cosmic Compass and quizzes — produces suggestions for organization and entertainment only. It is not medical, financial, legal, or mental-health advice. Always confirm AI-suggested changes before acting on them.

Medication tracking, adherence logs, refill reminders, assessments, and wellbeing resources in the Health hub are organizational aids only. They do not replace care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.

Bills, income, paydays, savings, shared bills, IOUs, subscriptions and forecasts are informational, not financial advice. ProcrastiBUDS is not a bank. Stripe handles subscription payments and supported optional financial services under separate terms, eligibility and identity requirements. Card availability, fees and protections must be confirmed with the provider; no free-card or deposit-insurance promise is made here.

Name, username, exact user/account ID and exact-email lookup help members find each other. Email addresses are never shown to other members, even accepted buds. Strangers see first name, username and the current profile photo only; other uploads and personal profile details require eligible relationship access. Optional discovery suggestions exclude minors. Bud requests are limited, declined requests cannot be renewed, and members can report or block abuse. See the Privacy Policy for sharing rules, guardian access, providers and authorized staff access.

Access controls and usage limits help protect accounts, but no service can promise it cannot be hacked or that reminders always arrive. Data is not end-to-end encrypted. Health and focus tools are organizational aids, not medical devices, diagnosis or emergency monitoring. Accessibility options do not guarantee suitability for every need. These notices do not limit rights protected by applicable law. Our support response promise is two business days.
